INFANT PROGRAM
(Ages 6 weeks-24 Months)
Stepping Stones subscribes to the
Resources for Infant Educarers (RIE) philosophy, which advocates attention to details for infants and toddlers and belief in their natural development.
Our program is designed to meet the needs of every child rather than expecting them to adjust to the demands of a preset group schedule. Teachers take cues based on each child’s interest and emerging skills to develop their individual curricula. As a result, we instill in each infant and toddler a feeling of security, autonomy, and positive self-concept.
Stepping Stones offers the Steps to Success Curriculum, which incorporates the Gryphon House program. Our students learn phonics and American Sign Language. In addition, your child will participate in daily art, baby yoga, story, and music activities. Your child will receive a detailed daily report in addition to a Friday folder.
